I'm Pat -

 

I work with adults 18+, especially those who are really ready to see some positive changes. When we start, I’ll get to know you and what’s important to you. Think of me like Siri or Google Maps—just tell me your goal, and we'll figure out the best way to get you there together!

I offer Music Therapy, CPT, and EMDR therapy to help adults with recover from trauma. I also use cognitive behavioral therapy a lot—changing how you think can really shift things. Plus, I have music therapy and DBT in my toolkit.​

Right now, I’m only doing virtual sessions, which makes things super easy and convenient. Can’t wait to team up with you on your journey to healing and personal growth!
